The Restaurant @ Crystal Palace offers original dishes of the French cuisine. Its location is an emblematic address in the heart of Sofia – 14, Shipka Street, just next to the Doctor’s Garden. Here, the day begins with clarifying butter, so that we then slowly cook traditional French meals in it. Each of the fresh salads from Provence, starters from Normandy, main dishes from Burgundy or desserts from the Alsace region have been carefully selected to become part of the menu. Moreover, most of the recipes are several centuries old and were originally made for royal families.

In fact, the Restaurant is more than just a French restaurant. He is well-known for his innovations and perfection of pursuing both quality and synergy of tastes. In his recipes, Plamen adeptly selects both fresh and seasonal products and modern and traditional cooking methods for the meals.
