• The hotels Arena di Serdica, Crystal Palace and Hill Hotel in Sofia have been certified to the quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 since the year 2007 and we are compliant with them to date;
• At all FPI Hotels & Resorts‘ sites, the scheduled cleanings to disinfect all common areas have been doubled;
• We have provided hand disinfectants around common and reception areas in all of our sites;
• We made our rooms safer by removing some of the decoration;
• Breakfast in all establishments is served personally in the rooms, not on a buffet;
• All our employees are informed in a timely manner and trained in how to react in the event of an emergency;
• We are flexible and understanding of the necessary cancellations and provide special promotional rates and upgrades to all our clients.
